Are you looking for meaningful support for a young person, exploring mentoring options, or interested in bringing The Polished Standard to your school or organisation? Perhaps you'd like to book Rosemary for a speaking engagement. We are here to help you move from simply recognising a problem to understanding its root and identifying the right next steps.

What to expect

We help with concerns such as confidence, emotional regulation, behaviour, relationships, decision-making, school engagement, or personal development. Our aim is to provide clear, thoughtful support tailored to the person or setting.

The easiest way to get in touch is through the website contact form or by email. Schools, local authorities, care providers, and organisations are encouraged to include a brief outline of the support they are looking for, the age group or audience involved, and whether they are interested in mentoring, a group programme, workshop, or speaking engagement.

Parents and carers can also get in touch to discuss whether individual mentoring may be suitable for their young person.

Once you get in touch, you can expect a response acknowledging your inquiry and outlining the next steps. Where appropriate, we will arrange a short introductory conversation to understand what support you are looking for, who the support is for, and what you would ideally like to achieve.

For schools and organisations, this may be followed by a tailored programme recommendation, proposal, or discussion around referrals, delivery, and timescales. For mentoring inquiries, we will explore the young person’s needs and whether The Polished Standard is the right fit before agreeing on a plan. Our aim is to make the process clear, personal, and straightforward from the first conversation.
