I work with individuals on a deeper, more personal level through my 1:1 mentoring programme: From Autopilot to Intention. It is a 12-week journey designed for the person who knows something needs to change but has not yet found the space, the tools, or the support to make it happen.

This programme is available to self-funding individuals and can also be funded through employer CPD budgets, NHS learning and development allowances, and personal development allocations. If you are unsure whether your employer would fund it — ask. You may be surprised.

This package provides steady, consistent support with bi-weekly sessions. We focus on reflection, progress, and maintaining momentum while building the habits and mindset needed for long-term change. You’ll be guided, challenged, and supported as you move forward at a strong, sustainable pace.
Independent
Designed for those who want ongoing support while working more independently. Monthly sessions provide space to reflect, reset, and refocus. We assess progress, address challenges, and ensure you stay aligned with your goals while maintaining direction and accountability.
